McRAYGOR's Suction machine is a unit shall be mounted on a TATA truck /equivalent Chassis for operation in sewer conduits of size ranging from 100mm to 900mm dia meter and on manholes/septic tanks/toilet tanks constructed thereon.

Sludge Tank

Having capacity of 5000 liters with arrangement of employing by tipping through a discharge door and having a level side glass constructed out of 6 mm thick plate. Adequate safety device to protect the vacuum pump being damaged by the sludge going into the pump shall be provided.

Blow back Arrangement

This arrangement shall be made for the following operations:

Stirring up the silt before commencing the suction operation.
Discharging the sludge silt and water portion from the tank with our effecting door opening.

Sludge stirring : The blow backpressure mode is utilized to stir up the sewer contents. This result in homogeneous mixing of the particle in the water content and all heavier particles/materials deposited at the bottom of the tank are brought up and kept in circulation before commencing the suction operation. The suction operation under this stage will effectively clean out the complete sludge particles stagnated in the manhole suction/sewer line.
