Sewer Cleaning Machine (Power Bucket Type)
A Set to two mobile power driven machine for cleaning and desilting of underground sewers of diameter 150 mm and above with different size of buckets, tools and devices. Operated by means of wire rope winches suitable for operation in tropical conditions consisting of a maximum ambient temperature of 46 degrees centigrade in shade relative humidity 100% at any temperature up to 29 degree centigrade. The machine shall generally conform to IS 10595-1983or equivalent international standard.
A set of machine consist mainly of Which Powered by Diesel Engine complete with Clutch Control for disengaging and engaging the drives to the winding drum. The machines are fully mobile and can be towed by tractor/jeep to work site. These machine function pair i.e. Truck Loader & Fixed jib Type.Two machines are placed at the opposite manholes as shown.
The machines are jacked up and leveled so the surface hung roller rigged in position. After linking the two machines and connecting the two end of the bucket to the which wore ropes. The bucket is pulled. The bucket is in the form of an open cylinder in one direction and its bottom is closed when pulled in the direction of the Truck Loader Type Machine. The muck thus collected is carried towards this machine and directly loaded in the garbage trailer/Truck. Few repetition of this process ensures an obstacle free clean sewer.
